Current mood: whatever?

ok....
Talk about a really wierd way to advertise a new horror movie.
Ok so the announcer mentions 2 very scary movies Saw, and Hostel...

and then he says the scariest horror movie since ALIENS!
---?

Huh, Aliens? Since when was Aliens scary?
It's been a long time but I'm pretty sure I've seen Aliens and I don't remember being scared.

So from Saw, to Hostel, to Aliens?
on a scare factor?

ok yeah.

that was pointless post today.

I'm tired lol

Alien was more of a suspense film, while Aliens (the sequel) was more like an action movie. Still, they're not necessarily horror films.

Okay - age is showing.

When Alien was released (not Aliens) - it was considered one of the most scariest movies ever made. The combination of THEN cutting edge special effects, acting, good script and suspense (there were not a lot of high budgeted "sci-fi" and non-bloodbath horror.

Alien was incredible when seen at the theatre.

I'll go back to my rocker.
